Who's behind Kedvezo
I'm Austin. I grew up outside Detroit, where most of the adults I knew built something, fixed something, or ran something. There's a story in my family about my great-grandfather. He came over from Austria alone at twelve and ended up running a tool-and-die business in Detroit. I never met him, and all I know of him is that story. But I grew up around people cut from the same cloth, and I've always had more respect for the person who can fix your furnace in August than for most job titles.
I studied packaging science at Michigan State and spent years as an engineer in medical device and food manufacturing plants. That work teaches you two things: nothing ships until the people on the floor get it right, and most problems are boring ones nobody got around to fixing. I'm finishing my MBA at the University of Florida.
I started Kedvezo after seeing those same boring problems at good local businesses. Nobody has touched the Google profile in two years. ChatGPT has never heard of the website. A call rings out while the owner is up on a ladder. All of it can be fixed, and Kedvezo exists to fix it and keep it fixed, with a plain report every month showing what came in.
Kedvező is Hungarian for "favorable." A good local business shouldn't need a lucky break to get the call.
What Kedvezo does
The main work is getting recommended and found: AI recommendation optimization so ChatGPT and the other tools name you, local SEO and your Google Business Profile, reviews, websites, blog content, and competitor research. We also help you book more of those calls: an AI voice receptionist that answers your line 24/7 and books jobs on your calendar, and missed-call text-back for anyone who hangs up.
